1937 Bathing Beauty by Dick LaBonte Pauline Mickle

Pauline Mickle grew up in Northumberland, England, where she developed her love of painting by sketching the beautiful countryside. She has lived in the US since 1947 and has been painting ever since. She studied with Earl Tyler, Pat Lafferty and Lucile Geiser and has an Associates Degree in Art from Ocean County College. She is a past president of the Manasquan River Group of Artists, and is a member of the Ocean County Artists Guild, where she teaches watercolor classes. She also teaches classes at the Anchor & Palette Gallery in the fall, winter and spring. Her watercolors are on display regularly at the gallery, and she participates in Art in the Park, Bay Head and St. Paul's Antiques Show and Art Sale in Bay Head.
