1937 Bathing Beauty by Dick LaBonte Kathleen Goodhart

Kathleen Goodhart of Whiting, New Jersey, was educated at Bay Path College in Longmeadow, Mass. She has studied at the George Walter Vincent Smith Art Museum in Springfield, Mass. and the Center for the Arts in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Working mostly in watercolor, the artist often adds words of thought penned in calligraphy. Her inspiration is from the ocean, from the changing seasons, and her immediate surroundings, such as family, friends, her collections and her spiritual life. A member of the Philadelphia Water Color Club, Kathleen has participated in many local art shows and displays her work in various galleries and art leagues and has had solo shows in Springfield and Chicopee, Mass. She has won first prizes for her watercolors in competitive shows, both local and national, and many other awards.
