1937 Bathing Beauty by Dick LaBonte

Eva Arenas

"White Petunias" 7x11, watercolor

Eva Arenas lives in one of the canyons of the Huachuca Mountains in Southeastern Arizona. With nature at her doorstep, she received continual inspiration for new artistic and spiritual growth. Her paintings focus on the desert landscape, mountain vistas to canyon streams, as well as the cacti and native plants. The balance of the power and grandeur of nature with the delicate and fragile is what propels her work. Arenas received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona and continued her studies in Italy, Spain and Mexico. She both takes workshops and gives classes to bring new stimulus to her work.
